Refund & Cancellation

At Gulaabi Dhaage, each piece is crafted with care and checked for quality before it reaches you. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at gulaabidhaage@gmail.com or calling +91 7220020000. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as your order will already be in process.

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a defective or wrong product. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will arrange for a replacement.
